The 5-day Digital ICT Fair will begin on February 7 at Computer City Center, Elephant Road. The fair will be organized by the `Digital Literacy for Everyone` till February 11. Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar will inaugurate the fair.
A press conference was held in the city`s National Press Club on 5 February on the occasion of Digital ICT Fair-2018. Computer City Center President and Digital ICT Fair2018 Convener Tawfiq Ehsan spoke on the occasion.
Towfiq Ehsan said at the conference that we are now the people of digital Bangladesh. The digital device is now at our fingertips. We now have the theme for the Digital Literature that is needed for Digital Bangladesh. The slogan of our fair is `Digital Literacy for Everyone`. This year there will be a combination of new technology in the fair like other years.
Convener of Digital ICT Fair2018 said that the fair will showcase the latest technology of world standard brands in Bangladesh.
In the five-day fair, 650 IT companies in the country`s ICT market will participate. Children`s painting competition, cultural programs will be arranged.
